  400+/- Acres Groveland- Clermont area Sold out

Located in Lake County, FL, within minutes to the FL Turnpike, this parcel was in the process of annexation and rezoning with a bordering municipality when we contracted to purchase it. We sold out to another developer who plans to land bank and eventually develop into single family home sites.

 65 Acres Sold outCurrently a high producing fruit grove, this parcel is located 5 minutes to the turnpike, and a short drive to Leesburg, and the new proposed Leesburg downtown.  At closing, we immediately sold to another developer for a quick profit. $2 million  

Horizon Woods

Sold out

 A residential subdivision located in Fruitland Park, FL. We purchase it fully platted as "Deep Woods" subdivision and then sold all lots out to one builder. They have since built model homes and are marketing it  extensively throughout the state.   $750k 
 100+/- Acres Sold outThis high elevation parcel borders the FL Turnpike, and was quickly sold for a family retreat/ranch after we originally contracted for it as a land bank.  $1.1 million  
 68 Acres Sold out We  took this property  through re-zoning for single family /4 units per acre. We sold it out to a larger developer within 6 months of our purchase. They intend to put in the horizontal infrastructure and   sell finished lots to builders. $5.1 million  

Cierra Oaks Sold out

A 44 lot subdivision in Lady Lake, FL located next to The Villages, the largest development project  in the US. We sold out to an Orlando area  builder who was looking to establish a presence in the Lake County market.   $1.8 million 
 85 Acres Sold outWe purchased this farm on rolling, oak tree studded hills next to The Villages, FL. We  took property  through re-zoning for single family/4 units per acre. We sold it out to another developer after one year of our purchase. They plan to put in the roads and sell lots to builders. $2.6 million  
Spring Lake Estates Sold out  We took over this distressed project  from a strugggling builder/developer. Subdivision consisted of  large, beautiful wooded lots. We sold out the remaining 36 lots within 12 months.   $1.2 million
